Pros and Cons of MIUI V6

Pros:

• Again android is redesigned with a lovely GUI. I have not used iOS so can't tell what is the similarity but till now what ever smart phones I have used this is the best UI.
• Yummy looks of the inbuilt wallpapers. I will eat my Mi 3. It is so yummy and colorful.
• Lot more smoother than V5.
• Love the animated Clock, Weather, Compass, Updater etc...
• Choice to choose which apps and data to upload to cloud.
• Love that V5 themes work on V6.
• Blurry toggle screen background is very nice.
• Clock placement on lock-screen and home is very nice.

Cons:

• Sometimes It take some hard work to open the lock screen or to take a call as we have to swipe our finger for more distance.
• No more animation of wave in music player.
• For root permission I have to always wait for 5 sec. Why??
• Camera lacks many advanced functionality.
• I miss the long press home button for task killer. but I managed to restore it back.
• I really miss the menu options. But it is ok.
• Takes more ram than V5.
• Toggles can't be rearranged.
• Takes more battery to run this high GUI.
• Need more mathematical operations in Calculator app.
• Scanner app is detached from camera app. Why?

Quick tips:

• Disable location related all services to minimize battery usage.
• Disable NFC going to Settings-> More
• Use Greenify app or autorun manager to save battery and ram usage.
• Use setCPU app to minimize the clock speed of your phone to conserve more battery.
