Last week Mi India secretly opened its first Exclusive Service Center (ESC) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. ESC means the service center will only be dedicated for Mi Fans to repair Mi devices and accessories.

@bapaharish went to the ESC to experience, how it is different from the other 3rd party service centers. Thanks to him for all these photographs and review/ experience.

It is tough to search for the service center as it is not available on the google map and the address given is a big area to search. So with the help of Nisar, landmark details are added above. Thanks to Nisar for helping Harish to reach the service center. He was searching for the service center for more than one hour under the scorching summer sun. A big shout out for Harish for that. He has also added the location information to the Google Maps for others to find the location easily.

The service center is located on the 1st floor of the building.

The service center consists of only four staffs. 2 Engineers and two receptionist. 

Engineers doing their work perfectly... Hope few more will join these guys.

Feedback from Mi Fans waiting for servicing:

The service center is lacking manpower, a good internet connection, and only 2 PCs to work. Due to this, the Mi fans have to face lots of difficulties. Today, there was no net connection for many hours, which eventually leads to more delay in work. Also to repair/claim accessories, it is taking a lot of time.

We know the service center is newly established and it will take some time to be settled.

Thanks a lot Mi India for giving us your first exclusive service center in Odisha. Other parts of Odisha is still waiting for your service centers. Please look into those areas too. Please improve your quality of service, so that people will not face more difficulties due to less resources. We know you will improve as Mi is famous for hearing Fans requests.
