[new]phliz recovery for a190 /rx2

PROCEDURE

1. Download recovery.img file from here :  http://j.gs/6ykj  [use uc browser to download or idm in pc,otherwise file may get corrupted]
2. install mobile uncle tools or flasher app from playstore
3. flash the recovery.img file from the app
4. reboot
