[Tutorial] How to flash developer ROM in India Mi 3?

Advantage of flashing developer ROM:

• You will get latest development features of MIUI.
• You will get OTA (On-The-Air) updates every week.
• May be u get less bugs than stable ROM.

Disadvantage:

• You may get any bug, but it is temporary, it may be solved in next week OTA updates.
• It doesn't has Google apps. You can install all Google apps following this thread (Method B).

My suggestion is to use Developer ROM.


Steps:

• Download the developer rom from here.
• Power Off Mobile. Power on the device using both power key + volume up button.
• You will enter to recovery mode. Choose English.
• Select wipe all data.
• Then reboot.
• Then go to updater app and select the developer ROM zip file and press update. (You can follow this steps of flashing stable rom.)
• Reboot and Enjoy.
