[VIDEO TUTORIAL] FIX CAMERA ISSUES IN ROMS BY EDITING INIT.RC OF BOOT.IMG

This tutorial tries to solve the camera problem caused due to wrong permission of camera in init.rc of boot.img. Lets start.

[Part 1] shows how to decompile the boot.img files.

[Part 2] shows how to edit init.rc and recompile boot.img.

Requirement: 

1. Android Kitchen ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=633246 )

2. boot.img file of Stock ROM

3. boot.img file of Port ROM

Steps:

1. Decompile both boot.img using Kitchen.

2. Find cam lines in init.rc file present in both init.rc.

3. Copy the missing cam permission lines from stock to port init.rc.

4. recompile modified port boot.

5. Flash !!!
